  That's commonly called a (cold sore). It happens due to infection with a virus called (the herpes simplex virus). Have you ever had a blister like this before?

  単純ヘルペスウイルスは一度感染すると生涯にわたって神経に潜伏します。風邪、過労、強い紫外線などにより、免疫力が低下して、ウイルスが活動しはじめると症状が出てきます。

  Once you get infected with the herpes simplex virus, (it lies dormant in the nerves) for your entire life. The virus can be reactivated and symptoms will start to show when your immune system is weakened. This can happen through catching a cold, working too hard, or being exposed to strong ultraviolet light.

  残念ながら、完全に治す方法はありません。今後は、くちびるやその周りにピリピリ、チクチクするような違和感やかゆみなどの症状が出てきたら、できるだけ早く受診しましょう。早めに抗ヘルペスウイルス薬を飲んで、ウイルスの増殖を抑えることで、症状を抑えることができます。

  I'm afraid not. The next time come and see me or another doctor as soon as possible after you feel any tingling or itching around your mouth. You can reduce the symptoms and stop the virus from spreading by taking the anti-herpes virus medicine at an early stage.

  うつる可能性はあります。症状が出ているときは、他人との接触はなるべく避けた方が良いです。特に、赤ちゃんにうつるとひどくなることがあるので注意しましょう。水ぶくれには触ったりせずに、しっかり抗ウイルス薬を飲んで、早く治しましょう。

  It's possible. It would be better to (avoid physical contact until the symptoms disappear). Be especially careful around babies, as it affects them more severely. Try not to touch the blister, (take your medicine conscientiously), and hope it heals soon.
